Featured service terms
These terms govern ALTICOS’s annual Featured promotional service, offered exclusively to businesses and professionals.
1. What the service provides
ALTICOS prepares and maintains a multilingual business page and may give it greater visibility in lists, destination pages and relevant itineraries. Placement depends on geographic and thematic relevance. Promotional placements are always clearly labelled.
2. Review and materials
Activation is subject to editorial review. The partner warrants that all supplied details, copy, trademarks and images are accurate and may be used, and authorises ALTICOS to adapt and translate them for publication. ALTICOS may reject or suspend inaccurate, unlawful or unsuitable content.
3. Price and payment
The applicable price, taxes and total are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. The launch price for the first 20 partners remains unchanged while that subscription stays continuously active. After cancellation, any new subscription uses the list price then in force.
4. Term, renewal and reminder
The service runs for 12 months and renews automatically for further annual periods. Stripe sends a reminder approximately 30 days before renewal to the email address associated with the payment. The partner is responsible for keeping it up to date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, when available from the link provided, or by emailing hello@alticos.it from the address linked to the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: the service remains active until then and no prorated refund is due, except where required by law.
6. Results and responsibility
The service provides editorial visibility; it does not guarantee search rankings, reviews, enquiries, bookings or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, ALTICOS is not liable for indirect commercial outcomes, external outages or inaccurate information supplied by the partner.
7. Governing law and contact
The relationship is governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the competent court determined by applicable law. For support, billing or cancellation: hello@alticos.it.
