1. Day 1 — Land of the citron

   Morning in the heart of the Riviera dei Cedri: museum devoted to the symbolic fruit and nearby archaeological site.

   Head down to Diamante, capital of the chilli pepper, and the harbour of Cetraro on the Tyrrhenian.
