A hill village of the Pollino park on the Corvino stream, a short distance from the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Buonvicino is a town of about 1,970 inhabitants in the province of Cosenza, set on a hill at 400 metres.

Geography

The village stands on the left of the Corvino stream, not far from the Tyrrhenian Sea, and is part of the Pollino National Park.

Getting there

By car via the A2 “del Mediterraneo” motorway; by train on the Tyrrhenian railway line; the nearest airport is Lamezia Terme.
