Three days by the sea
A trio of sea days on the Upper Tyrrhenian Cosentino coast: start at the island of Dino and the northern caves, pass through the Arcomagno and the beaches of Diamante, finish south between Bonifati and Fuscaldo. A relaxed pace, with a base that moves down the coast.

Day 1 — Northern island and caves
First day at the far north: a morning boat trip to the island of Dino, an afternoon between the seafront and the rock sanctuary.

Day 2 — Arch and central beaches
Head down to the central coast: morning at the Arcomagno, afternoon between sea and murals at Diamante.
